I can't say enough great things about Elm Street Auto! My car broke down in Cambridge and I live in Andover. I gave Ronnie a call and he had the tow truck there in 40 minutes. He has done ball joints, all four tires and my inspection in the past 2 months. Always great service and he takes the time to go over everything so we make the decision together. Right now my car is in for the AC which isn't blowing cold air and I know Ronnie will handle everything perfectly! Don't forget to say hi to Spike, the little daschund with a huge personality!

I haven't yet had my car repaired here, but I will be now! I had the very unfortunate experience of locking my 2 yr old daughter in the car by accident when picking her up the other day at daycare (she had been playing with the keys). It was over 90 degrees out so I think it goes without saying that I was panicked. Ronnie from Elm Street was there within minutes after calling 911. He was there before the cops! He immediately offered to put my daughter in his truck where it was air conditioned once he got her out. I offered to pay and he refused to accept. He literally saved my daughter's life and just gave us a big hug. He was absolutely the nicest man and it meant so much to me what he did. Any man like that has got to be an honest mechanic too! Ronnie, I can't thank you enough. I really appreciate it!

By far the best auto shop I have ever used and I have been to a few. I had issues with my car that not even Ford could figure out.... But the guys at Elm Street sure did. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks boys!

Great service and reliability. Always there when you need them and always fair and reasonable pricing. One of the best auto repair shops around. Where you get the service you expect without have to wonder if there trying to cut corners or do the easiest fix. It is done right the first time. At prices anyone can afford.

I called after noon on Wednesday hoping they could replace my (Subaru) headlight before Friday afternoon when I would be heading home to Pennsylvania and was told to bring the car in now and they would do the job this afternoon. Done in less than 2 hours and at a reasonable price. Replacing headlights in modern cars is not easy. Getting it done "now" is amazing.
